Subsidised Inspection Visits (Only £69 pp).

If you would like to view one of our properties, simply book your flights to your chosen airport - Spain (Malaga) or Tangiers being the most convenient to our associate offices.

Advise our UK office of your flight number and arrival time and we will be pleased to collect you at the airport and transport you free of charge to your accommodation. Your return to the airport at the end of your visit will also be arranged by us. There is no charge for the airport collection and delivery service.

Your driver will be a bi-lingual British consultant who will have a thorough knowledge of both the area and the properties available. He will spend as much time with you as you require and will be able to answer any questions you may have based on his own personal experience.

You will be under no pressure to buy - all our consultants are salaried and are provided with a company car and expense account. They will welcome you as a purchaser but are not dependent on the sale for their livelihood.

Morocco:

	You will be collected at Malaga Airport and either taken to your accommodation in Spain for an overnight stay or direct to the ferry to Morocco..			The ferry leaves from Tarifa or Algeciras. Maximum time aboard ship - 1 hour 30 mins.

	The boat trip to Morocco is an enjoyable mini-cruise.			The ferry from Spain arrives at Tangiers in the north of Morocco.

	You will be collected at Tangier and taken to your hotel - this will usually be the Hotel Movinpick.			The 5 star Movinpick Hotel has every facility. It is also the site for our Moroccan Office.

Once you have settled in at the Hotel our local British representative will take you to the site for the Asilah Beach Resort. You will also be able to take a look around Asilah town, the promenade, fishing port and craftwork shops in the Medina.

During lunch at one of the local restaurants our representative will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

Whenever possible all viewings will be on a one-to-one basis.

Once all aspects have been covered you will be returned to the ferry and collected in Spain. Our representative will then take you back to Malaga airport in good time for your return to the UK.

We have been in business long enough to know that not everybody buys (most do however!!) and trust that your trip will be at least a pleasant and interesting experience.

Your accommodation is paid for prior to your arrival. Reception may need to confirm payment with us before you check out. Whilst checking out please remember to settle any other bill for refreshments or meals that you may have with the hotel.

Alternatively you can take a direct flight from the UK to Tangiers. Here you will be met by one of our associates in Morocco. Hotel accommodation can be arranged on your behalf if required. Once you are settled in arrangements will be made to show you all the properties in which you are interested.
